Certify Oracle Analytics Server 7.6 (OAS2024) for Suse Linux 15 (SLES-15)

Dear Oracle Analytics Team,

In the Installer (see attachments), Suse 15 is already added, ….

however the documentation does not show this information (yet?).

Is it possible to update the certification (and documentation) ?

Installation of OAS 2024 on SUSE 15 will require fixes that are planned for an upcoming bundle patch.

Question,

Does this OAS Bundle patch "OAS Stack Patch Bundle 7.6.0.0.240710|" solved the OAS 2024 Suse 15 problem as describe above ?

No, the July Bundle patch does not include the required patch, and the documentation is not updated.

Stay tuned, let me see if I can get an up-to-date ETA.

This idea should be marked as delivered with OAS 2025 certifying new operating systems.
