When creating negotiations suppliers could be asked to agree the business terms and conditions by using Terms and conditions functionality in Procurement business function configuration. When a new round of negotiation is created based on an existing negotiation or sometimes even in new negotiations businesses does not want suppliers to agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can either be applied always or never currently there is no option to skip this in certain events. The ask is to skip these terms and conditions in certain cases based on business need.
