Grouping in rtf template for employee organization

Hello All,
I developed a report

with rtf template and data as xml.
The columns of employee earnings/deductions , we made it as dynamic and column as horizontal-break-table.
All is working fine, except the group by employee organization.

Are you doing any grouping at Data model level?

What exactly is the issue. Can you point how your output needs to be .. This is the Output I see
