Standard OTBI WHT Reports not showing the correct value in Tax Rate Code column

We are facing issue with below WHT standard OTBI reports. In Tax Rate code column instead of showing tax rates its showing Tax name. We created an Oracle SR # SR 3-37059588141 for which oracle has responded to create an Enhancement request with Idea Lab but as per our understanding these standard reports should be fixed and need to populate the correct values in Tax Rate code column.
Withholding Tax by Invoice Report Withholding Tax by Supplier Report Payables Withholding Tax By Tax Authority Report
Can any one please advice for better approach.
