Dynamic column names and column value for BI report

I am creating custom report, in that we have to get column names and their respective values dynamically.

Like this I have data, I have to get output like in this format.

    we can achieve custom column header using variables.Can you elobrate the scenario on basis of what these values will change dynamically.
