Break bars in bar charts when outliers go too far in the graph

It would be nice to get the system adjusting the bar length by setting a break in the middle of the bar when due to the big difference between this entity and the rest, rest of bars become insignificant in size. See attached pictures.

The outlier looks now like this:

…and it would be nice to display bars like this…

In my opinion, in the given example "Logarithmic" scale make more sense than breaking bars.

Unfortunately logarithmic scale cannot be implemented in this case.
