Dual UOM feature in SCM Analytics

Fusion SCM has a feature for Dual UOM use. For PO line, it can have different UOMs and their corresponding quantity values. In such scenarios, the 1st UOM and Quantity columns will be for shipping/delivery usage, while the 2nd UOM and its corresponding quantity are used for payment. This dual UOM feature was implemented in OTBI, but the feature is not available in FDI. SR 3-37242033691 can be referenced for more details.
