Scheduled Data Validation Parameter should have option for All Values

We recently went live with FDI and are using the standard scheduled validation for the Fusion HCM to FDI pipeline.

What we found is that the scheduled validation (or manually run detailed validation) has required parameters. These parameters should be made more flexible OR an option for ALL VALUES should be created.

Example: For any of the measures under HCM - Talent Acquisition, there is a parameter for requisition number that is required. It cannot be left blank and there is not an option for all values. Our implementation partner added all of the requisition numbers available when the scheduled validation was setup. We create requisitions all the time (multiple per day) - any new requestions created since the scheduled validation was setup are not included in the parameter and are not part of the validation.
