Tracking Receipt Processing by Expeditor in Oracle Fusion SCM

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to establish a KPI to measure the number of receipts processed by each expeditor in our organization. I've been exploring different options within Oracle Fusion SCM but haven't found a direct way to track this data.

I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a similar requirement and has found a solution. Any insights on how to effectively track and report on receipt processing by expeditor would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

We are currently working on developing KPIs within the Procurement-Receipt subject area in FDI to effectively measure expeditor performance. Our goal is to assess the following:

    1. Expeditor Efficiency: Compare the requested delivery date with the actual receipt date for both standard and direct receipts.
    2. Expeditor Productivity: Measure the number of receipts processed per expeditor on a monthly basis.

Unfortunately, we’ve determined that Fusion Applications-SCM Module does not provide the history of transactions to track these metrics. OTBI or custom-built report can be prepared. Our aim is to built on FDI.

We would appreciate any insights or guidance on how to construct these KPIs within the Procurement-Receipt subject area in FDI to accurately assess expeditor performance.

Thank you for your time and expertise.
