Which tables should be used for reporting users, roles and actions to generate reports using SQL?
The cybersecurity area has been asking for more detailed traceability of user management in the CX application. We are currently trying to generate reports from the Reports and Analytics module.
At the moment we do not know which entities contain the fields we need to reflect. We have tested with opportunity tables, but we really need to identify which ones fit our needs.
To carry out the audit control, the following fields would be needed for correct control:
-Username
-Full name
-Roles
-Creation date
-Creation user
-Last update date
-User latest update
-Last update made
-Last connection date (or days of inactivity)

@User_6W1ETThis forum is dedicated to FDI. From your issue description it looks like your question is more on the Fusion CX security.
