OAC connects with MS365 outlook
Current Email Delivery Challenge in OAC:
We are currently running an Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) instance and utilizing Oracle's SMTP server to send analyses and dashboards to users. However, these emails are being flagged as external and potentially unsafe by our internal email delivery team. This issue seems to stem from OAC emails being categorized as suspicious inbound emails, which could affect user confidence in these communications.
I have engaged Oracle Support Services (OSS) and confirmed that basic authentication is still being used for OAC email services. Unfortunately, configuration options to securely integrate OAC with MS365 Outlook are currently unavailable. If we can establish a secure and reliable method for delivering OAC-generated emails, it would greatly enhance the security of our data visualizations and reports, making them more effective and useful within our organization.
