Maximum Total Amount Hold is not working incase of PO Invoice in Functional Currency.

Hi Team,

As oracle confirm that Maximum Total Amount Hold is not working incase of PO Invoice in Functional Currency and Po line type is "Fixed Price Service"

Oracle does not provide any justification that why it not part of standard functionality. Oracle note stated that as confirm by Product Manager but does not has any explanation

We have several PO like these and user has overbill to the supplier. this is critical when PO amount is in million dollar.

We need this functionality that Maximum Total Amount Hold needs to be working incase of PO Invoice in Functional Currency and Po line type is "Fixed Price Service"
