Issue in Report for Reverse terminations Using OTBI

We are currently looking to build a report that has those who may have been processed as termination but then had the termination reversed using "Reverse Termination" within the termination record. 

We have one OTBI report for capturing reverse termination in this report we captured reverse termination of an employee ,while testing using below scenario we are not been able to capture reverse termination date in our report , attaching below scenario for reference !!

1. Termination and reverse termination on same day - on 8/7/2024
2. Terminated in the Past and reverse terminated today -reverse terminated past was on 2/21/2023 and again reverse terminated on 8/9/2024
3. Terminate today with backdated termination and reverse terminate with present date - reverse terminated past was on 6/25/2024 and reverse terminated on 8/8/2024

Result : in report we can see records for only Termination and reverse termination on same day but for other scenario we can only see past dated terminated records not updated records for reverse termination

Note : all changes has been made by business in front end fusion !!
