This dashboard leverages Oracle Analytics charts and visualizations to analyze attrition data obtained from a company for a Kaggle competition in 2017. The dataset encompasses 1471 data points and 35 attributes. Given the vast dataset and numerous attributes, AutoML option is employed to extract additional insights. This analysis aims to empower the company by providing actionable insights for addressing attrition effectively through informed data-driven decisions.
