Ability to turn off/on security permissions at a report level.

@Nupur Joshi-Oracle Thanks for responding! In our scenario it is a little tricky because we want our executives to have no security on the overview reports, but on the more detailed reports to be limited to their departments that they have secured. So, essentially they are coming from the same fact tables. For example, we have an executive report that houses KPI's for our organization and one is expense report count (We want that user to see from an organization view and have no security applied for that report). That executive user also has access to an expense detailed report that we would like to have the security applied to so they can see only to their correct departments (cost-centers) so they can get the specific details for each expense report.
