Ability to reload server metadata changes in DV

Administrators/DV Authors should be given the option to re-load server metadata in DV to refresh subject area changes that have been implemented in semantic modeller. Currently developers have to sign-out and sign back in to see any changes to the subject area content in DV.

Hi Gabby,

The 'refresh data' is a hit and miss. Sometimes when there are new columns added, they don't immediately show up after clicking 'refresh'. It takes a few minutes or a sign-out/sign-in. Whereas if the backend logic is changed for an existing column, it seems to immediately start working after 'refresh'. Therefore we can't rely on refresh.

Having an option to manually 'Reload server metadata' would possibly be a clean way to ensure all metadata is updated.
