Print "Continue.." text on Invoices report except on end page of each invoice

The "Continue…" footer is not a fixed footer for all pages.

It is  to be printed only on each page of multi-page invoices & does not appear on single-page invoices / final page of invoices.

A invoice can have have multiple lines on multiple pages or single line in single page.

Are you using any delivered report to modify the same or creating an custom report?
