Can Someone help with table and column details for the Manager performance check-in feedback column

Hi,

we have OTBI report developed for check-in details summary information. As this is hitting performance issues very often and taking very long time to run.

we are converting the OTBI report to BI publisher report.

While working on it, we are unable to get the table and columns for the below Subject area attributes. Could you please help us in sharing the mapping for the same.

Subject Area Name:

Workforce Performance - Performance Check-In Real Time

Attribute Names:

* "Check-In Questionnaire"."Manager Question Text"
* "Check-In Questionnaire"."Manager Response List"
