When will Oracle Generative AI Features be processed in Regional Datacentres? Not just Chicago, US

As per Oracle Doc ID: 29991131.1 - all traffic is routed via Chicago, US. This conflicts with a requriement to keep ALL our data onshore. I acknowledge, encryption, no persistance and dedicated Oracle backbone networks however, I would like to know if there is a roadmap to bring the GenAI capability to regional DCs?
