Current behavior - When user login to PIA in French and create a custom homepage and give it French title and logs out. Then when the same user logs in to PIA in English, the Homepage name created in French is not translated to English language.

It would be good if portal objects like Homepage names and Tiles names are translated dynamically in runtime.
