number of parallel export excel jobs dependancy on OCPU configuration

Hi,

We are trying to use the export to excel feature in OAC Sep 2024 version. But we are encountering the below error very frequently.

The server is currently busy executing other requests. Please try again later.

A related document - Doc ID 3024821.1, suggests that- Based on the customer's OCPU configuration, number of parallel export excel jobs accepted is only 3, in which case the subsequent jobs get rejected with server busy error.

Is anyone aware of how many OCPU can allow 3 parallel exports.

Or is there any dependancy matrix for this feature?

@Jahnavi-Oracle - The limitations for data export are explained in the Administering Oracle Analytics Cloud on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Gen 2) documentation.

However, this documentation does not specify the total number of concurrent export jobs allowed by the instance.

In your specific case, we would need to understand how frequently the error occurs and how many users are concurrently submitting export requests to identify any potential resource contention or system limitations.

It seems that this information is not documented yet and needs to be raised with the Product team. You may raise a Service Request (SR) for further clarification regarding the OCPU configuration and any dependency matrix related to this feature.
