The idea is for content to refit as best as possible to the screen size. For example, if I am in Google Chrome and I reduce the browser size we want OAC content to automatically reformat to position underneath a section in a column. This could potentially in future be achieved with the ability to set a global stylesheet and classes to content using HTML. We have previously spoken to technical Oracle support on this.
Users may experience difficulties while zooming up to 400% or using mobile view on some pages having dropdown menus. Columns will not reflow into one while zooming up to 400%. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 1.3.4 (Orientation), 1.4.4 (Resize Text) and 1.4.10 (Reflow).
