The purpose of some links like “create” or “open” in the OAC navigation bar cannot be determined from the link text alone. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.4 (Link Purpose in Context). The text or button needs Alt text to be enabled so that a screen reader can pick this up.
