Please assist, we are trying to publish a GIS Dashboard from Oracle Spatial Studio to Oracle Analytics. After publishing we are unable to see the dashboard on our Oracle Analytics/BI Platform
Thanks @Joel
starting November 2024 (next month), OAC will be able to natively support geometry datatypes, which means the output of Spatial Studio (or any other data table with geo data in it) will be directly visible in an OAC map without requiring preliminary upload of layers. If urgent, that capability can already be enabled on your current OAC (Sept 2024). Let us know if you need more details ahead of Nov 2024 update.
This YouTube video demonstrates how you can import your Spatial Studio map layer into DV (it's based on an old version of OAC but the fundamental principles should still apply to newer OAC versions). @Philippe Lions-Oracle might be able to give more information on this.
@Philippe Lions, thank you. The project is quite urgent. What can we do to have the feature implemented asap?
Hi @Sisanda connect with us directly by email, all we need is your OCID (Id of your Oracle Cloud) and we can enable the feature right away on your machine.
Starting november, cusotmers will be able to directly activate the feature on your environment without having to email Oracle. But yours will already be active anyways.
@Gautam Pisharam-Oracle
@Philippe Lions-Oracle may I please have the email address so that I can email everything right away
Hi @Sisanda , @Gautam Pisharam-Oracle and I are emailing you right away. Let's enable you rapidly.
thanks
