Users cannot navigate OAC using speech recognition software

OAC pages are not currently compatible with a screen reader. Checking each item has an appropriate label, alt text can be assigned to images and links, heading levels are in place, and regions (e.g. <main>) would be a good starting point. Pop-up messages would also need to be able to be recognised by speech recognition software such as NVDA and Dragon.

    Being reviewed as a possible accessibility bug.

    Please report accessibility issues via an SR; in most cases, we do not consider those as ERs but as bugs. We emphasized to our support team not to send accessibility issues to the IdeaLab, so I hope the transition of the SR into a bug will be smooth.

    The team is reviewing this and other accessibility items that you opened, but we will likely close the 'ideas' for the reason I stated above.
