An user cannot view data with the role: FAW Licensed ERP Consumers Role
Hello,
I have user #1 to which I have assigned the license role: FAW Licensed ERP Consumers Role
I have user #2 which has the license role: FAW Service Administrator Role
Now, the AR report: AR Transactions Activity Analysis, user #1 does not have any data:
But user #2 does have data:
It should be noted that the security we have implemented is the standard one. For example, user #1 has the role of fusion: Accounts Receivable Manager where he has related the two business units for data access:
What is required for user#1 to be able to see data in the reports?

Hi @SERGIO BARRETO
As per your test case, user 1 having only consumer role and some set of fusion duty/data roles. For user 2 is an Admin role means no security filter will be applied on top of the data while running the report.
user 1 —> security filters are not satisfying while retrieving the data. Make sure, you can refer below for roles which are predefined at Subject Area level to get the data.

@Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle Hi,
The user has the role that allows access to the subject areas of AR according to the document you send me. I send you evidence.
I see everything ok in the user? will it be necessary to open a SR?

Hi @SERGIO BARRETO
You can take the session log of the user 1 and see what type of security filters has been applied .Run the same on DB and see are you able to find else you can open an SR if you need further help?

Hi @Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle
Is there a process that refreshes the data? Because now if information appears with the user #1. When no information appeared I had just set the role: FAW Licensed ERP Consumers Role.
This is strange

Hi @SERGIO BARRETO
Some times browser cache will play the issue. Better to clear the cache frequently or use the secure browser .
We have several way's to refresh the data.

Hi @Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle
This is quite strange, for example, it shows me information if I don't have any filtered information:
When I select for example a business unit some data disappears. This with user #1
with user #2 if information appears with this filter applied
As I showed you earlier, user #1 has access to the business units. I can't understand the security behavior here.
How do I get the session log connected to user #1 who only has the FAW Licensed ERP Consumers Role?

Hi @Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle
I have already enabled it with user #1
But the developer option does not appear in the workbook. And it is because with this role it is not possible to edit the workbooks.
