OTBI Prompt Value getting truncated

Hi all,
We are seeing a weird issue in OTBI prompt . When we select prompt value for the first time it returns the data , but 2nd time it automatically shows
a truncated data for that value as you can see in the picture and it looks weird and users are not liking it .
We have already tried recreating the prompt but this issue reappears , what could be the issue has anyone faced similar kind of issue in Fusion OTBI .
