Requesting information about archival process for position and requisition approval processes.

Hello Community,

Wanted to know the details related to the archiving process of the transaction console for process name "Approve Job Requisition", "Request New Position", "Request Position Change", what is the default archival period for these processes and is this archival process taken care of by oracle or done manually?

Also, need information related to the fa_fusion_soainfra.wftask table; till when is the data available in this table and once the data is archived from this table where is it stored?

Once the transaction console is archived does it mean that the data from this table will be archived too?

We checked on of the position transactions which from 18th of July and it is available in FND_BPM_TASK_B (which is the archival table) table but not in fa_fusion_soainfra.wftask however the transaction console was last archived on 2nd July in PROD. Therefore this confusion.

Any sort of insight related to this might be helpful. Thanks in advance.😄
