OAS 2023: Dataset XML should be updatable for all underlying tables - Apply button not enabled

OAS Dataset/Inspect/Developer/Metadata
Developer can view the metadata XML of the dataset and all its underlying tables but can only edit the XML for each individual underlying tables, the apply button is not enabled to change the complete XML in one go. The button is their but its grey out, this feature should be available - it will be a powerful solution once the feature will be available because there are sometime we are duplicating the dataset and want to have some mandatory changes in the dataset definition. Rather than editing the definition each time - this feature can save a lot of time.
