Description: I am trying to do page customization using the page composer for the "BPA Change Order Approval Notification” where I want to add one BI Analysis Dashboard into notification page
Steps:

1. Created BIP OTBI Analysis at "/Shared Folders/Custom/Procurement/BPA Change Order" location
2. Added parameter called "Blanket PO Header Id"
3. Created Sandbox "BPA Worklist Change ORder V4" with page composer
4. Opened the BPA Worklist and trying to add BIP OBTI Analysis into this page
/oracle/apps/prc/po/notification/publicUi/approval/page/DocumentApprovalRequestNotificationMainRegionPagePageDef.xml
5. Using "Add Content" OTBI Analysis is added to below page and parameter appear by default
6. While passing parameter value using the bind variable "#{bindings.PoHeaderId.inputValue}", Analysis is unable to filter result
7. To check if parameter works or not, I have tried passing the hardcoded value and Analysis shows the filtered output

Issue where I am looking oracle support help is:
Why doesn’t the bind variable value work when parameter is passed?
