How export more than 25,000 rows
Hello,
I have a question that frequently comes up among colleagues who use OTBI for report extraction.
There are two ways to export data:
- Formatted > Excel
Limit of 25,000 rows - Data > Excel
Limit of 75,000 rows
However, when I run these exports to Excel, I encounter the following limitation:
I would like to know if there is a way to export more data.
What is the limit when exporting via email?
Regarding BI Publisher, is there a way to leverage existing analyses, or do I need to develop a query from scratch?

Hi There!
You can review the current default limits for OTBI and BIP reports : Please refer the table which shows the limit defined for ONLINE and SCHEDULE Report outputs.
Thanks,

If your data output is in Excel, you can enable this option which will create additional tabs where the information will be organized in each of them as the query is printed.

As long as you generate a template and it is in XLS format, you can apply the option.
For RTF formats, this option is not available.Regards!
