@Agil Please login to /analytics,check Right hand side profile icon ,my account ,preferences tab and change the timezone and see if it is fixing the issue.
if it is not resolving the issue ,please share more details. Report criteria screenshot and filters applied and timezone of database
From oas server ,please check for instanceconfig.xml in obips folder and check for tags like below and share the current settings.Note: The below tags are references only
<TimeZone>
<DefaultDataOffset>0</DefaultDataOffset>
</TimeZone>
Note: Please refer below doc id and for oracle analytics server ,the patches may not apply.

@Agil Please navigate to ..\domainhome\config\fmwconfig\biconfig\OBIPS
edit instanceconfig.xml using VI editor or use more command or check in winscp and navigate to the location and edit the file with notepad++ and verify <Timezone> tags .
Also please confirm the timezone of your database source for which your report is pointed to .
