HCM FDI Benefits Analytics
Hi, I am a Product Manager with the HCM Analytics team at Oracle.
We are in the process of creating a new FDI Subject Area that caters to Benefits Analytics.
Since Benefits is a vast functional area, we plan to have coverage for all these functional aspects staggered across releases.
As a first step, we plan to have coverage for the following functional parts within benefits
- Benefit Relationships - Helps you understand the number/percentage of workers that have(vs not having) benefit relationships
- Life Events - Helps you understand all the like events associated with the Workers and the dependents
- Enrollments - Helps you understand that actual enrollments of the workers across various programs/plans/options. This also includes Participant Rates, Dependent enrollments, Beneficiaries.
In the subsequent releases, the following will be added
- Benefits Setup - Counts of Programs, Plans, Options etc
- Enrollment Opportunities - Based on eligibilities, the choices available for the workers to enroll
- Action Items - Pending Action Items, Approvals etc
- Billing and Payments - Bill Amount, Refunds, Tax Amount, Bill Per Plan etc
- Court Orders - Count of court orders, Participants having an issued court order etc
- Claims - This is through external data
Questions to the customers
- Does this prioritizations resonate with you?
- Do you have any further requests to add other functionality in benefits
- Are there any specific use cases that you are trying to address using FDI?
Your feedback will be highly valuable for us.
