Hi, I am a Product Manager with the HCM Analytics team at Oracle.

We are in the process of creating a new FDI Subject Area that caters to Benefits Analytics.

Since Benefits is a vast functional area, we plan to have coverage for all these functional aspects staggered across releases.

As a first step, we plan to have coverage for the following functional parts within benefits

  1. Benefit Relationships - Helps you understand the number/percentage of workers that have(vs not having) benefit relationships
  2. Life Events - Helps you understand all the like events associated with the Workers and the dependents
  3. Enrollments - Helps you understand that actual enrollments of the workers across various programs/plans/options. This also includes Participant Rates, Dependent enrollments, Beneficiaries.

In the subsequent releases, the following will be added

  1. Benefits Setup - Counts of Programs, Plans, Options etc
  2. Enrollment Opportunities - Based on eligibilities, the choices available for the workers to enroll
  3. Action Items - Pending Action Items, Approvals etc
  4. Billing and Payments - Bill Amount, Refunds, Tax Amount, Bill Per Plan etc
  5. Court Orders - Count of court orders, Participants having an issued court order etc
  6. Claims - This is through external data

Questions to the customers

  1. Does this prioritizations resonate with you?
  2. Do you have any further requests to add other functionality in benefits
  3. Are there any specific use cases that you are trying to address using FDI?

Your feedback will be highly valuable for us.
