Ability to set the system logging level for OAS in Console - System Settings

My customer wants to move from Admin Tool (rpd) to use Semantic Modeler. However, the default system log level = 0 in OAS 2024 and you still need the Admin Tool to configure/enable this.
In our production environment, we don't have access from Admin Tool to the online RPD, so there is no way we can enable it in PROD when we only want to use the Semantic Modeler.
I believe it would be best if the system logging level could be set in the Console - System Settings.
In OAC, the system log level > 0 for some reason (2?), so it would already help if the log level in OAS would also be enabled by default.
thank you, Erik
