DV Tooltip support for Attribute fields

DV only allows measures to be used in tooltips. Other competing tools like Tableau support attribute fields in tooltip. This is very help for making the tooltip more informative. Also, we have a lot of categorical data that we want to show in the tool tip when hovering over items in the visualization.
