Custom column to show salaries & compensations

Hi experts, I'm trying to get an analysis to show the salaries and compensations of employees from SA "Payroll - Element Entries Real Time".
My question is how can I show the salaries/compensations of each employee in 1 row with different columns instead of having repeated rows for each employee like in the picture below:
Creating custom columns using formulas may help but I have no idea how to write it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi @Steph Yeung,
You can achieve it using Pivot Table.
Place your 'Element Name' in the Column Section and 'Displayed Input Value' in Measure Section. Select some 'Aggregation Rule' for 'Displayed Input Value'.
Please find below the screenshots.
Pivot View Settings:

Table vs Pivot:
Hope this help.
