12-month rolling termination count
Hi,
I'm trying to add a column with the 12-month period rolling suffered termination count SME ("suffered termination" includes : resignation from employees and end of the probation at the employee initiative only.
Our developer has already created a fact and columns.

I would like to add the 12 month period rolling for the suffered termination fact.
Could someone please help me with the calculations, the way I should do it, where (adding a columns in "adding suffered termination time series?)….

Hi @Lauriane Massin Whitaker,
OAC has a Period Rolling function under 'Time Series Calculations'
You should be able to use that to create a calculated column and achieve your goal.

But we've read all the doc about period rolling and still not satisfying.
We are using a view in ADW and a calculation of the termination count column which has been added to a TERMINATION fact that we had to create. When I try to create the calculation at the SME level using the right column in my view PERIODROLLING(#sufftermination, -11, 0), I end up with the same result at the report level, all the figures seem to have been multiplied by 30…
Our reports are quite complex and include external data as well.
