Groups/Roles flow from ERP Fusion to FDI

We have removed groups from user in ERP fusion environment. But those groups are still assigned to user in FDI. Wanted to know is there any specific job which runs and update the groups. We are running Security Configuration Option functional area as part of the incremental load in pipeline. But it has not captured the updates for that user.
