Can we restrict an OTBI Analysis report so that only users with a specific role can run it?

Is there a way to set permissions on an OTBI Analysis report so that only users with a specific role.

Example

We have used the Subject Area Project Costing - Unprocessed Transactions Real Time, and we want to restrict access so that only users with the Project Finance Role can run this.

The Project Finance Role already have FBI_PROJECT_COSTING_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY and still won't work.

Okay, so if you are talking about data access with in an OTBI, it would work for the mentioned roles only. You will need to customize Project Finance role in order to get data access.

Hi @MandeepGupta ,

Yes, I’ve already done that. However, I believe the Project Finance role doesn't have privileges for that Subject Area, as only Job Roles like Project Managers, Project Administrators, etc., currently have access.

Do I need to modify the Project Finance role?
