Hello, I'm currently trying your instructions above. I just want to know what do you mean by this?
"then check the aggregation of the hours - click on the cog - try setting it to sum". Can you please let me know what does cog means and where is the navigation to set it to sum?

Hello, upon checking, there was no 'Sum' option on my end when I click the aggregrate rule on reported hours measure

Have you amended the formula?

create a new report without amending anything > create a pivot table > make sure it is aggregating up > then once that is working can then use the case statement to amend the output
