Payroll Balances Overview workbook not showing any Data

Hi Team,

After all prerequisites configuration also, we are not getting any data in Payroll. Could you please help on this issue.

We followed below documents.

Hi @Srikanth Reddy Roddam,

You followed the right documents. So, what exactly do you mean by 'we are not getting any data in Payroll'?

Are the DW tables not populated with any records after your Pipelines complete?

If you create new Workbooks with 1 column, do you see data?

We have configured Payroll balance and re loaded pipeline. Still data not showing,

Did you configure the  Payroll balance, "Analytics Warehouse Balance Group"  after the pipeline had run?   If the balance is configured or modified after the pipeline has already run, the incremental refreshes do not appear to pick up the modifications to the balance group.   Try scheduling a full reload of the subject area as that should force it populate with the new configurations.
