PO Layout - Table Header

Hi,
I would like to add new column in to my table in PO Layout.
When i did it i have received an answer from the system as below ct = "//location.language/>

I expect that i miss the setup in Language location near the Layout

How can we add new table header to the language location/translation/subtemplate?

<trans-unit id="148f3">

            <source>Requester</source>

            <target>Requester</target>

            <note>Text located: body/table/table header</note>

         </trans-unit>
