Dashboard with analysis tested OK in Test environment, but no results in Production environment.

Hi Experts,
Please refer to the following screenshots.
I got this situation that I have created a dashboard (composed by a dashboard prompt and an analysis report) to retrieve PR document approval history.
But in Production environment, there is no results available, even for the PR that I myself being the initiator.
We have data dumped from Production to Test environment so that my PR application is available in Test environment.
And the same dashboard is tested in Test environment, I am able to have the PR document history returned and the dashboard is working.
May I ask what could be the reason getting this difference? How to fix it?
Appending the .catalog files of the dashboard, dashboard prompt and analysis that created in the zip file:
Thank you very much.

Hi Liwen,
To work it out get your query from your analysis then go to page Issue SQL or Manage Sessions to View Log.
In the log find the physical SQL to understand the difference between the 2 environments. For example has the metadata repository database added extra where clauses in production to implement data security.
What subject area are you query? Assume it is Procurement - Requisitions Real Time?
(Sorry I cant read your attachments because you are a stranger on the internet)
Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
Subject Areas for Transactional Business Intelligence in Procurement G17718-01 25A https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/procurement/25a/faopb/Procurement--Requisitions-Real-Time-SA-7.htmlIf so the pre-defined job role required is one of job role
which inherit duty role
But you also may need data security. Compare the grants for your user with one of the above job roles on My Enterprise work area Setup and Maintenance task page "Manage Data Access for Users".

First check is about roles. Do you have same roles in prod as in test?
Thanks.

Hi @MandeepGupta,
You're right, I got a lot more roles in TEST…
Then it seems that even if I got PR related roles in Production environment, I couldn't access the PR's approval history via an analysis?
The PR related roles I have in PROD are:
Advanced Procurement Requester
Procurement Application Administrator
Procurement Catalog AdministratorThanks much.

Hi @Nathan CCC,
Thanks for providing that online document explaining the subject area, would take note of it for future cases.
The roles indicated in that page answered my questions, I got Buyer role in test environment but not in production environment.
Thanks much!!
