Struggling to log on to the Data Visualization Challenge Instance?

On February 3rd 2025 @ 9am PST, you should receive an email containing a link to the competition instance. If you did not receive this email please contact oracle-data-visualization-challenge_mb@oracle.com.

If you struggle to gain access, this could be because…

You registered with a generic email address (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com) rather than a business or corporate email address.
Your registered email address doesn't yet have an associated Oracle Account.

For how to fix this, check out the Getting Started Guidance on the Knowledge Base. If these aren't the case, please contact oracle-data-visualization-challenge_mb@oracle.com.

Hi @Madeleine Groeger-Wilson-Oracle , just one question (before today's launch Zoom session):

I have registered our "team" to Data Viz Challenge using my business email address (as per Data Viz Challenge rules document, I am "Entry Spokesperson") and I would like to know, how it will be with access for other team members (who did not registered directly). Will all team members get access to same OAC instance (using their own accounts) to be able to work together ? From information provided so far it is not clear.

Hi @Michal Zima! Thank you for raising this question.

Your colleagues will need to register directly via this form to get their own access to OAC for this challenge, however they won't be able to access a project you are working on in your own folders.

Please send me an email on at the challenge mailbox (oracle-data-visualization-challenge_mb@oracle.com) and we will figure out the best way forward!

Thank you for this opportunity to be a part of the challenge. I was just on the live Zoom session for the intro meeting. Upon the completion of the meeting I did receive the email, however, upon clicking "Access Oracle Analytics" and logging in with my credentials, this error message popped up. I already verified the email address as well. Who exactly should I contact to get this resolved?

I originally signed up with my personal email address, then created an account with my work email per your guidance at the start of the zoom meeting.

Hi @Jdepina ! Thank you for raising this - I am just responding over email as my refreshed registration report doesn't have your business email on it yet. We will need 24 hours to give you access upon receiving this to ensure you have access to the report.

We are also having issues accessing the DV link - @Madeleine Groeger-Wilson-Oracle I know you are aware of our issues but posting here for visibility.

Several people in our organisation have oracle accounts and have the same issue. Please note - when accessign using my device (iPhone) I can access DV.
