Looking for Components folder

Accessing new OAS 7.6, I am looking for the Components folder. According to the guide, 'In the Shared Folders directory, open the Components folder.'
I do not see this folder, or the contents. Is there a way to create this folder and add or upload .XPT content?
Please let me know.
