Creating fixed custom calculations to use in a conditional formatting statement.

I'm looking to create a custom calculation that remains consistent across the entire CSV dataset. This calculation should be fixed regardless of the filters applied within the dashboard. Specifically, I want to ensure that when I filter the dataset using the dashboard's filter functionality—allowing me to focus on a specific variable—the custom calculation is still executed correctly. Additionally, I intend to use this custom calculation for conditional formatting, enabling dynamic visual cues that reflect changes based on the filtered data.

For example, when I apply the filter, I get this result. I want "AVG H by YearID" to be a fixed calculation based on the year so that it can be used for conditional formatting. This means "AVG H by YearID" should have different values than "H."
