How to restrict OTBI dashboard report output when User field isn't in subject area?

Hello,
I'm setting up an OTBI dashboard which will only return rows in report(s) based on user details, i.e. User is equal to/is in @{NQ_SESSION.USER}. However, the subject area for one of these reports only contains email, not User detail. I've tried converting the email to UPPER(email) and using this as User and although the output matches the function>system>User, it's not restricting. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I achieve this?

Can you please send some more details like:
- Which SA are you trying here?
- If possible attach your report XML / Catalog.
It'll help to replicate the issue at our end also will help to find any resolution.

Should note that I'm using Projects - Performance reporting real time and Project Control - Budgets real time SAs

Hi @ravikiran goda-Oracle thanks so much for the response. I actually resolved this by returning UPPER (email) and matching against USER and waited for a scheduled process to run and it's now restricting as expected. Really appreciate you coming back on this.
