Can you please try putting the following in your 'Subject Line' in OBIEE Agent?
@{system.currentTime}[YYYYMMDD]
It is working for me.
Regarding the point 2:
Step1: You have to do the pivot table in your report itself and then also configure the texts that you want there.
Step2: Once you complete the above, you have to select, 'Deliver results directly' (instead of 'Deliver as attachment') and format as 'HTML' in the Agent. Here's a screenshot.
It'll then deliver the report view that you configured with texts and pivot table in Step1.
