OBIEE 12c Agent saving issue

Hello!

In our OBIEE 12c environment, we’re encountering a warning when trying to edit an existing report agent. When we click the save button, it keeps spinning, and a dialog box appears with "Wait" or "Exit" options. If I hit "Wait," it just keeps waiting, and if I click "Exit," the changes are saved, but the OBIEE page times out and a new page appears with a "Reload" option. Once I hit reload, the agent reappears, and I see the changes reflected.
