Can latest database lineage mapping be shared for CX. Unable to find PVO for OSS_PRODUCTS_XM.

If it is not present in the above list, Oracle has not made it available yet. Please check with Oracle Support for confirmation.
Also you can submit an idea explaining the business requirement and need for the PVO. If it gets enough votes Oracle might consider it in future release.

OSS_PRODUCTS_XM is extension table. Can you please confirm if PVO's are available for extension table and share if available?
